Issue resolved from TikTok's side.

Further details have been provided by TikTok. Due to an internal revamp project, they will not be able to provide push notification for another 3 weeks. We will check again after this time period.

We have opened the discussion up with TikTok and are actively involved in solving this issue along with them.

There is an issue with the Push Notifications system on TikTok. The notifications do not seem to come to the mobile device on which the user is logged in, and it's required to enter the TikTok app and continue from there with the sharing mechanism. This issue seems to affect both iOS and Android platforms.
